How to measure your feet step by step:

Use the following chart for converting your foot length measurement to your shoe size.

Please do it while standing and wearing the socks or stockings you will wear with the new shoes.

• Sole Width: Using a soft tape measure or string, wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your bare foot.
• Sole Length: Using a tape measure or ruler measure your foot from the heel to the toe point. Add approximately 1 - 1,5cm to get the actual inner sole length. Measure both feet and fit shoes to the larger foot. Measure feet at the end of the day, when your feet are at their largest.
• Foot Girth: wrap the tape around the foot and Measure around the widest part of your foot, which is usually the ball of the foot near your toes.
• Instep : The instep is the measurement around the middle of the arch. Wrap the tape around this area to find your measurement.
